We have two nurses on staff to ensure you get the proper training and experience you need to be a successful caregiver. CNA’s will assist in the following ways, but not limited to:
- Personal cares
- Medication reminders/administration
- Transferring assistance
- Companionship
- Meals/light housekeeping
What we offer:
- 1 to 1 ratio for caregiver/client
- Paid training and job shadowing
- $16-$17 per hour, depending on experience
- Wage increases pending 90-day and annual reviews
- Flexible hours!
o From 1-hour shifts up to 12-hour shifts; depending on your availability
o Part-time, full-time, days, evenings, overnights and weekends
- Paid training opportunities through online courses and job shadowing in real-time shifts
- Direct deposit
- Mileage reimbursement between same day clients
- REFERRAL BONUSES for referring caregivers and clients to Homewatch CareGivers
Qualifications require:
- A minimum of high school education
- Driver’s license, reliable vehicle and current auto insurance
- Willingness to drive up to 30 minutes to get to client’s home
- CNA license a plus but not required
- A caring heart and a passion for our senior community!
